MKT Associates is managed by the team at ORDA Management Corp. ORDA Management Corp. (“ORDA”) is a family owned business organized in New York State in 1952. Orda has operated nationwide but principally in the NY metropolitan area developing, managing and owning residential and commercial real estate. It is managed by Morton F. Silver, its Chairman, and Thomas P. Silver, its President backed up by an experienced and capable staff. After years of developing and managing various properties in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Manhattan, Orda gained a reputation for developing and renovating buildings while adhering to their historical architecture.
